What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please reach out to us and we will make it right.
If the item was damaged in shipment, it may be necessary for the shipping company to do a physical inspection - to make sure we properly packaged the item. Please notify us immediately. We will notify the shipper and start the claim process. We will ship a new item out immediately after the claim process has started. No need to wait. However we do ask, that in cases like these, that you have the item available for their inspection. Broken or damaged items may not have to be returned.
